Autorate rules change after closing and re-opening holdem manager

HI,

Stumbled upon it by accident. I had changed the autorate rules(and it worked) but after closing and reopening HM the rules no longer seemed to work.

It seems that HM luses a decimal point on the field agg_factor.
I had entered 1.5 and after reopeing it became 15 (fifteen). The problem was reproducable (build 4854)

I tried to do the same - it works.
What Culture is set in HM?
What decimal separator is set in Windows?

Yes! That's where the problem lies:

What Culture is set in HM?

What decimal separator is set in Windows?
*comma*

Tried the following:
Enter a comma: the system does not accept it (it removes the comma)
Change culture to english: Same result as before e.g. system accepts it but removes the decimalafter restart
Change culture to english AND windows language settings to English (US) : NOW IT WORKS
