Upgrade to Omaha Problem

I have HEM Pro and was using the Beta for Omaha. I hadn't been able to upgrade until now, going through DC and now it's not opening at all. I was getting ready to plug in my serial # info on the DC page, I opened HEM and after intilizing, the "This beta featuring Omaha functionality expires May 7th, etc." popped up, when I click OK, HEM seems to pop up for a second then closes.

Is there a way to retrieve my serial number w/o it being open? And how should I go about upgrading without it opening?

Your using an expired beta, please update to this one then try again http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe if you lost your key you can request it from support@holdemmanager.net

Thanks, and I finally found the key. I'd been sorting through HEM emails, but it was in a DC email.
