Have Vista, it was working fine. I used to start it separately from HM as per suggestion but now it won't work whatever which way I try to start it. I Tried installing the latest version of HM 1.08.04 but no luck.

It's possible the latest windows update through something off, I'm not sure about the timing. Reinstall HM from scratch? PostgreSQL too?

Please answer these questions http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

I should have stated Table Manager does not open, so no HUD. Here are the answers to your questions on that page.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.08.04

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

UB, PStars, FT...yes it occurs for all of them.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes I clicked Start Auto Import and also tried to start HMHud via direct shortcut, also tried deleting and replacing the shortcut.

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

My archive folder is not C:\HMarchive I Have it set up for a different archive folder. C:\Users\Mike\Processed HH UB. I searched for and see no folder called HMarchive anywhere on C drive. It's always worked fine for me this way. Everything was set up as per your Vista instructions, all settings are correct.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ

All HH files are being imported.

For UB rightclicking on imported HH results in C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory\Username for an import location.

For FT it is C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\Username

For PStars it is C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\Username

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Hands are being successfully imported however for my FT tourney it lists the buyin as zero. PStars and UB list correctly. Al tourney ID #'s are correct.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Can't get table Manager to work so no.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

All are written in English.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

UAC is disabled.

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Yes
