Hello everyone, i have just purcased HM but i still didint recive the serial number.
I just got a mail with the Invoice Number and Costumer ID are those needed for something? What should i do?

If the transaction was approved you should receive a separate email with your license code. Sometimes temporary holds can be placed on transactions and we may require further information which we would email you for. Please double check your spam/junk inbox just incase. If you cannot see anything then please send an email to sales@holdemmanager.com who will be able to further assist you in this matter.

Still nothing, i checked the spam box but it's empty. I already sended a mail to sales@holdemmanager.com i will wait for news! thanks for answering

Could you contact us again at sales@holdemmanager.net, please? Sometimes we have problems with emails sent to the .com address, so this one should work fine. Also, please mention this post in your email to us.

Hello, thanks for the help now i got the serial code :D

But i still got a little problem, i put in pokerstars to save hand history and the right folder on HM but when i try to do something i always get the error:"You have not selected a player to run this report against" any idea what could i do for resolve the problem?

If you have setup Poker Stars and Holdem Manager correctly to import hands


and you have played at least one hand and imported it then you need to select your player in Holdem Manager to display your stats, hands and results.
