Hi,
I play on pacific poker, which allows players to login with the same username but with different letter's capitalised. For example, the same user could appear as UserName, username, USERname etc. The problem is that HEM tracks each variation as a different player.
As such I have a couple of large samples for the same player(s) that i would like to merge.
So is there any way to get HEM to either ignore case in usernames, or (sorry if this is obvious but i can't see how to do it) manually merge the data for two players in the the database? Thanks
