I am trying to configure Holdem Manager to work on Hollywood poker. However I ran into a few problems. When I tried to make HM recognize the tables I was seating in it started having a "Problem creating table overlay". I says it's probably because it needs to be started as an administrator, but I am doing that and am still getting this error message. Can someone please tell me step by step how to configure Holdem Manager on Hollywood Poker and solve that error? I think it is importing the hands correctly.

I did the first thing you said about deactivating the UAC. When I started Hold'em Manager it said the trial version was over. I had already purchased it and registered it, but I entered the serial code again and it accepted it. Afterwards it asked me to connect it to the PostGRESQL database and I am having problems doing this. I can't get it to connect. What did I do wrong?

Should I reinstall PostGRESQL? If so, can you direct me to somewhere that tells me exactly how to do it? I have had problems with it in the past which led to me having to format my computer in order to eliminate a problem about it not connecting to the program I was using at the time. It failed to connect to port 127.0.0.1 at the time and I had to format the whole thing. The problem now seems to be different though.

Please nevermind my last two posts. i have all that it says on the FAQ of how to configure to the Ongame network. Now the hands are not being imported, but the tables are being found by the table finder. What now?

Also, it says there are 0/10 players at the table. even though it is full.

Are you sure your using the table finder correctly, you must drop the red square on the actual poker table your sitting at and also highlight the table name in the table manager and select Ok. Its all described here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
