Hi
I am running the trial version of HEM with the Pokerstars site. I have followed the setup instructions regarding the save location for the hand histories, and it is the same for HEM and the Pokerstars site.
I have also set up the database and can connect to it fine.
I have installed the HEM software update.
However when I click the Auto Import files it locates the files, but gives an error - Files imported 1, errors 9. Then thenext time I try it the error count goes up.
Also the Table Finder does not bring up any tables, and also does not have the red triangle available to drag to a new table.
Do I have a problem with the database or with the HEM software itself?
I am running it on Vista with user control disable
