Import error

I have a batch of 6m hands , tried importing but after 70k it has already given 55k of errors, so i stopped and imported on HM1, no problem

What site are the hands from or are they a mixture, is it possible to zip up and upload a bunch of the hands to uploading.com or somewhere similar and email to us so we can try and duplicate

I have a similar issue:

Trying to feed my HM II DB with Ipoker HH which have been easily imported by HM I. HM II now is showing almost a 10% failure ratio and 15% duplicates although the DB is brandnew.

in HM I all hand were imported easily and failure ratio was app. < 1%.

Recent test:

I sent u 61 zipped files, so i unzipped them to a folder and used import from folder, just said imported 61 of 61 no hands

I then tried import from file and got hands imported 10,078
Dulpicates 248 (not possible)
Import errors 33469

There's investigation into why some ipoker hands are having issues. Please remember some issues take longer than others to research and fix.

No Problem

I imported them all into HM1, then exported to a folder, then imported to HM2 and that worked
