Licensing Issues?!?!?!?

I cant login to hem due to licensing issues..
i didnt make any changes did not format hd i am using same pc i always do and all of a sudden i get this error.
there is an option to activate license online but it fails to work
please provide a solution asap thanks for ur help

after a few times trying to close and reopen hem it now works...
any ideas why this happened and if there is something i could do to prevent this?

Hi, it was more than likely a temporary issue and it should be fine now. If it happens again please send us your log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder and I’ll see what the issue is.
