Hi
I have set up the import hand histories, and I have checked they are saving from Pacific poker. They are saving, and I can see them importing as I'm playing them, so the hand imports are definitely working.
But when I go to set up my hero name, my username doesn't come up. Hence I can't get the HUD to work either...
How do I fix it?

I am running windows XP. I have tried restarting and logging in and out of the poker client, I have tried restarting hold em manager, I have tried restarting my laptop, and I have tried installing the latest update of hold em manager (version 1.08.04).
PS I have used it with pokerstars and full tilt in the past with no problems. And my PS username is the same as my pacific, and it is finding my PS hero when I type it in, just not my new pacific one...
