How can I make TableNinjaPP appear in the list of HM Apps in the HM? It worked with TableNinjaFT when I installed it, but not with TableNinjaPP.

This will be added but as you said hasn't been yet. For now you'll need to add a shortcut and run TableNinjaPP separately.
