After yesterday's update, the default and one previously crated HUD( I use it on Everest) applies a full black overlay on open tables.

problem solved: the update has reset the fontsize of the hud to 20.

It seems the problem reappears randomly, it happened again. HM needs restarting to resize the fonts, sometimes more than once.

Please upload your HUD you are using.

This is the default HUD. It is set to fontsize 20 every time I restart HM, the same applies to my Everest HUD configuration. I could export the Default HUD, but every time I try to export the Everest HUD, HM crashes at once. I attached the crash log file too.

Move your prefs file from the configs file located:

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)

To another location like your desktop.

In C:\program files\holdemmanager2\configs, delete your prefs file.

Reinstall.

You can try to reimport the huds by moving the prefs file back, but it appears that there is something in your huds that is corrupting the file. In your everest hud, what size font and type did you use?

Originally, the default 9, but I set it to 8. Thanks. will report if it works.

I reinstalled as you suggested. I did not import the pref file back, instead I made the HUD anew. It did not work. Now the only diffeenceis that only the new cofiguration gets set to fontsize 20. I have not set the deafult HUD to fontsize 8 now, wich seems to suggest that setting the fontsize for a HUD UNDER the default 9 corrupts the HUD file?

I could export the the HUD this time though, so here it is

At what point does it switch to 20? Can you send me an exported hud file before it switches to 20?

I set it back to 8, then restart HM, and voila, it comes back with fontsize 20.

this one is fontsize resized to 8, before restarting.
