Hello,
Using the auto import feature for observed hands and the tourney tab.
When I use the tourney tab and select change player, and change to a new player, and click the refresh button there appears to be substantial missing hands. I also use the all hands feature under the filter by date block.
When I clicked the change player button and selected a new player the program showed that there were 677 hands for this player in the tourney database, but only 424 hands were returned when the all button was used in the data view tab. There were no filters being used. There were no cash game hands for this player, just a single tourney. I have clicked the refresh button, reset all options and still only 424 hands are returned.
Where would the 235 hands be?
