Hi, I'm not sure what network Ladbrokes operates under, but when I try to export hand histories to my hard drive, I get something like this;

----PRIMA.DAT----

<Game id="2602530426" date="2009-05-14 09:33:29" unicodetablename="UAByAGEAaQByAGkAZQAgAEcAZQBuAHQAaQBhAG4A" tablename="Prairie Gentian" stakes="0.25|0.50" betlimit="NL" tabletype="Cash Game" gametypeid="1" gametype="Hold 'em" realmoney="true" currencysymbol="rCA=" rake="223" playerseat="1" betamount="2200" istournament="0">

As far as I know, this form of HH is not convertable by any software, or web applications out there, and so it's very difficult to share hand histories that I would like to review with fellow players, from Ladbrokes.

If I click 'view hand history' within HEM, I get;

***** Hand History for Game 2602530426 ***** (Prima)
$50.00 USD NL Texas Hold'em - Thursday, May 14, 09:33:29 ET 2009
Table Prairie Gentian (Real Money)
Seat 2 is the button
Seat 1: jasonwright ( $50.00 USD )
Seat 2: eRaZrR ( $57.31 USD )
Seat 3: PimpIT ( $152.49 USD )
Seat 4: Sinnamann ( $49.75 USD )
Seat 5: Sn3jjk ( $80.50 USD )
Seat 6: -Jupe- ( $50.06 USD )
PimpIT posts small blind [$0.25 USD].
Sinnamann posts big blind [$0.50 USD].
Dealt to jasonwright [ Js Jc ]
Sn3jjk folds
-Jupe- raises [$1.00 USD]
jasonwright raises [$4.00 USD]
eRaZrR folds
PimpIT folds
Sinnamann folds
-Jupe- calls [$3.00 USD]
** Dealing Flop ** [ Tc, 8s, 9s ]
-Jupe- checks
jasonwright bets [$6.00 USD]
-Jupe- calls [$6.00 USD]
** Dealing Turn ** [ 9d ]
-Jupe- checks
jasonwright bets [$12.00 USD]
-Jupe- calls [$12.00 USD]
** Dealing River ** [ Kc ]
-Jupe- checks
jasonwright checks
-Jupe- shows [Th, 6h ]
jasonwright shows [Js, Jc ]
jasonwright wins $42.52 USD from main pot

and in order to use this hand converter http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php, they say that the hand history should have

** Dealing down cards **

under whoever posted the big blind. (As shown in the FAQ section - http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter-FAQ.php)

However, as seen above, by default HEM does not include this piece of text.

All the hand histories from other sites that I play at, come out in a similar text format to above, when exported to hard drive, rather than the coded format that came at the beginning of this post.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance,

Jason

Well thats in stars format so id imagine tons of converter support this. You can also go to the replayer and click on the hand history text you should see over the table and then this will bring up the hand history window, click on the 2+2 button and paste this and this version can be pasted directly into 2+2

No, the coded format is not in stars format. I tried 2 different converters, and non of them recognized the above format as stars.

If I click 'view hand history' within HEM, I get;
.

That text file is in stars format,

because Prima is in database format it dosent have a particular HH format so its converted to xml format but you can use the view hand history or the 2+2 button to get alternative formats

Ok, I give up. I'll use the 2+2 button. It's just a pain in the ass to export multiple hands from my database, compared with other sites, because when using the 2+2 button it only copies one hand at a time to the clipboard.

Using the export function is so much easier, because you can export several hands at once, into one big text file.

And, NO! The above IS NOT in stars format! :mad:

This is in stars format:

Seat 5: m27275469 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 6: hawk2702 (small blind) showed [5h Ac] and lost with two pair, Sixes and Fives
Seat 7: Hero (big blind) showed [Jd Jc] and won ($339.40) with two pair, Jacks and Sixes
Seat 8: $imm0n$ folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 9: Spagiari folded before Flop (didn't bet)

Note, the "*** HOLE CARDS ***" before the big blind poster.

As, I stated above there need to be ** Dealing down cards **, or something to that effect just after the big blind poster for Ladbrokes HEM text HH's to work in the converter(s) I use. I need to send multiple hands to my coach, that he can import easily into HEM, or PT3, or universal re-player, or a web app.

What I'm looking for is a fix, so that when you export hands to hard drive, from Ladbrokes, you end up with a text file that is in a readily convertible format, not in code format.
