Hello,

Iīm unable to add bonuses or rakeback (HEM 1.08.03):
The error message is:

"Error occurred when displaying Bonuses" and further in german (Iīll give my best translating with my broken english :p):
"The string couldnīt get recognized as valid DateTime. <01.19.2009> couldnīt get saved in the date column. Estimated type: DateTime".

Any help please?

Do you use Vista? If yes, is HM running as an administrator? What region setting do you have in your Windows?

Not really sure what the issue is but I made a change which should at least let the rakeplans appear although if the date is in error then I switch to todays date

Iīll try to translate once again:

"Error occurred when displaying rakeback plans" and further in german:
"The string wasnīt recognized as valid DateTime. <05/28/2014> couldnīt be saved in the EndDate column. Expected type: DateTime".

The message is slightly different as I now tried to add rakeback instead of a bonus. Here a date range is given (Jan 01, 2000 to May 28, 2014).

Apparently the problem is the date format?
Apperently HEM doesnīt accept the format 05/28/2014 or 05.28.2014?
Which date format does it expect?

Roy meant he didnt understand in the context of he didnt understand what was causing the problem but he understands what the issue is and in the next update it wont give this error again

Might be an issue with your regional settings possibly, can you post the screenshot of Control Panel > Regional & Language Settings

Sorry missed that last email, looks fine but can you try changing it to english uk and rebooting and see if it makes a difference

Works now, even without rebooting... :)
