Postgres problem: Establishment time out

Today while playing at Bodog a screen popped up that said something to effect that my Postgres had lost connection.
I attempted to turn my HEM back on & instead had a message that says something like "connection establishment timeout" followed by another bubble that says "Timeout value in connection string" then another with a bunch of different error messages.
I do NOT remember my postgres password so what do I do next?

Please update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe and if the problem persists then try completely uninstalling the firewall and antivirus as these can cause these issues alot and disabling them dosent work so completely uninstall them and see if it solves the issue.

It's working fine now. It started up fine with no problem. Do I still need to downlowad the update?

You dont have to but its always good to keep up to date and ahead of the old bugs
