HEM doesn't show correct winnings.

Hi,

I play in PokerHost (Merge Network) and in pokerhost my winnings are $22, but when i go to reports in HEM show $29, can u tell me where is the problem ? And pokerhost give 10vpp for evry $1 rake, i have $40 rake, but in pokerhost account i have 420vpp...

Are you only playing on dollar tables? (or playing multiple currencies?)

Try reimporting your handhistories into a new database. Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

--> clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Hmm i res the filter, and the points are ok now, but still have $1 difference in my profit. I will play and i will see. If the difference remain $1 its ok but if go bigger i will post again.

The difference go bigger. When my HEM shows $46,31 winnings for 8k hands the difference was $1,50. Now i have $90,70 winnings for 9.5k hands and the difference is $1,60. Can u tell me where is the problem please?

HoldemManager simply imports the handhistories and gets ALL the information from the handhistories.
If there is a discrepancy check if some handhistories were imported as error/incomplete hands, are some handhistories missing due to connection errors?

I play only dollar tables. I had connection problems, but when the difference was $1.5 after that i hadn't problems but the difference gone bigger...

Are you playing a weird type of tables, like Jackpot tables, or non regular cashgames?

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I try today to make a new hem database again, but when i choose to import folder handhistories, hem import only 1,5k hands, i have 14k, i tag to save handhistories for 31 days and i play in this room from 1 week.

The HM auto-import moves the files to the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive) 15 minutes after the last access. So i guess you will find your hands there. To import them please use the import file/folder functions.

When i import hands again i saw this. Is it possible to be from this incomplete hands and errors. And how i can fix that?

Thats a possible explanation. Did you have disconnects during the session? Thats the only reason i have for this errors.
Please contact the support of your pokersite and ask for your complete handhistories for the session.

Hmm i ask him for the histories but they told me, than he can't send it...

You should watch the hand import during a new session. Is it missing hands? Do you have disconnects?

I think the problem is from disconnects because today i have again disconnection problem and the difference in profit changed.
