Problems with Progres and Hold Em Manager

Whenever I try to download Progres or Hold em Manager when it gets to Adobe it says that it not a supported file or it is corrupted. I just bought it last night around 11:00 PM and it said I should get an e-mail from Hold Em Manager within 12 hours but all I have gotten is e-mail from paypal confirming I bought it. I have no idea what Im supposed to do. Can anyone please help me?

Im not sure what you mean when you say "when it gets to adobe"

Email support@holdemmanager.net and Roy will email the code, also keep an eye that it dosent end up in the spam folder

When the download completes with either Progres or HoldEmManager Adobe opens up and it says it cannot open the file because it is not a supported file or that it might have been corrupted.

Your trying to open the file adobe instead of a zip program, please download winrar (google it) or another zip program and use that to open the file not adobe.
