1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
I am using Holdem Manager Trial 1.08.03

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I'm playing on Full Tilt Poker only and the problem occurs here

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes I have clicked on the Start Auto Import Button

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
The Settings are configured exactly as per the FAQ

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Yes they are showing up, and the location is:
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand Histories\pilgrimsfolly86 + subfolders

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
Yes, and they are visible in the program

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
N/A

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
The primary problem is that the Table Manager is not opening up after I click start Auto-Import

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
Yes

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
It is attached to this post

As I had said, I can open it and play, but the table manager does not display in the bottom right of the screen. I am able to access my hand history in the program, but my HUD does not display while I am playing at tables and the table manager never activates.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is caused by either your firewall/antivirus or spybot type of program, try adding hmhud.exe to their exceptions list or completely uninstall them, alternatively go to C:\Program Files\RVGsoftware\Holdem Manager and right click hmHud.exe and choose Send To > Desktop and it will create a shortcut on your desktop and then use that shortcut to launch it

Once you launch the table manager it will work

Thanks very much. I just posted the HUD shortcut to the desktop and it launched when I started the Auto-Import
