Im trying to import the HEM1 DB to HEM2 for the first time.

I get to around 44k hands (from 1.1mil) and it goes no further, HEM2 still says its importing, the Hands/Sec is still running but getting lower and lower and the number of hands imported remains the same.

My PC crashed the first time round so I reinstalled HEM2 and the same has happened, got to around the same number of hands (few k more) and same issue?

Edit - I have just returned form the shops and HEM2 is no longer importing but ony around 50% of hero's hands are the DB. Im goint to try and manual export/import from HEM1

Please attach your importlog.txt and log.txt from a point when this happens:

Where is my log file?
7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager

Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)

Manual import worked fine.

Can you send the log.txt - it didn't come through. You might need to email it - udbrky@gmail.com

So i got myself an SSD and reinstalled Windows an HEM. When i imported the datatabase to HM2 one of my hero screen names had gone missing. How can this happen? I have it on my HEM1 but it is not showing in HEM2. I used the same hands to import in both versions. Then i played tom hands with hm2 open and the missing screen name and all new hands are importing correctly. All old ones tho just do not exist in the hm2 database.

For all import issues, we need the log and import.log file from

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

I fixed the issue by making a new database and importing all the hands from the HEM Archive folder i had saved prior to reinstalling Windows
