When HEM loads it goes to optimizing reports and won't load

Hello. I've been using HEM since December and have never really had any serious issues. Today I loaded up my database and looked at my results since January 1, 2009. I wanted to edit which stakes were showing up and when I did that HEM errored. I didn't think it was a big deal so I just restarted the program. Ever since then every time I have opened HEM up it has started up and loaded up an optimized reports screen. It says this process could take time, please be patient and has taken forever. I've closed it and restarted the computer a couple times and nothing has helped. I've also re-installed the latest version of HEM but this screen still keeps popping up. I've currently had it open for the last 15 minutes and it still is on the optimized reports screen.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Edit: It stopped optimizing after 20 or 25 minutes and is now working fine. I closed and re-started HEM and the optimizing window didn't come up so I believe the problem is fixed
