View Full Version : Problems starting HEM

When I try to start HEM I keep getting the message... " Failed to establish a connection to '127.0.0.0.1'. "

I've already tried to restart it in the Admin services and it just tries, starts then stops again. I've rebooted my computer and my account does have administrator access. I've also checked to see if I have a postmaster.pid file in my HEM files and I don't.

I'm running Windows XP Home with SP2. I run Full Tilt, Pokerstars, Ultimate Bet, Carbon, Absolute, Walker, etc. etc...

I think I had this same problem before and I had to do a TeamViewer session to fix. Any suggestions?

Youll need to completely uninstall the firewalls and antiviruses rather than disabling them other it wont work

Okay, I've tried everything I could find (including the suggestions above) and nothing is working. Anything else?:confused:

Email me to do a teamviewer sessions morny@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread. Also if you have reinstalled the firewall and antivirus since then please uninstall them again just before we start our session
