View Full Version : Connection issue

I've been using HEM for a few months now, and when I tried to log in on sunday, I got an error message saying "failed to establish connection to 127.0.0.1
I've already tried updating and connection with firewall disabled, both didn't fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

The support tab on the official site sends me here saying there's a lot of technicians checking the forums. But I do not seem to be helped. Is this really the way it goes around here?

I did that, and it takes a few minutes, than it says it did actually start, but then got turned of again because it wasn't being used :(

Did you follow the instructions exactly, the issue is caused by either the firewall or antivirus blocking access to PostgreSQL, unfortunately disabling them dosent fix it and they need to be completely uninstalled as per the FAQ, then at the end of it all when its up and running and working fine you can reinstall them but if you dont follow the FAQ 100% then it wont work
