Delete your config folder:

Win 7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Config

If you cant see the AppData folder you might need to enable hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

Win XP: c:\documents and settings\{username}\appdata\HoldemManager\Config

Then reinstall Holdem Manager from this link: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2AutoUpdate34.exe

If the problem persists please email your log to hm2support@holdemmanager.com, youll find the log in the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder, the file will be called log.txt

If you dont want to lose your hud settings please ziip up and backup the config folder first. Alternatively you can use the backup facility here: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/931/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

Sorry but you shouldn't have deleted that folder since you'll lose all your settings and player data... Grab the latest build from today and then start a new database and reimport. The last build had a known crashing issue but should be resolved now. If you still have an issue send your log.txt to support or open it yourself (it is in your roaming/holdemmanager folder) and go to the bottom of the file and post the exception information - it should be logged.

You may need to reinstall completely after deleting that folder unless you can undelete - maybe it is in your recycling bin?

Reinstall the full setup. The trigger error means you only have an update installed.

http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe

Latest version fixes these crashes.
