Hi
I have recently come to use holdem manger again after purchasing it last year. It has asked for the registration code again. I am using window XP, I have a serial for the small stakes holdem manager.
After inputting my registration code I fail to get past the stage where I try to avctivate HM online and get an error message saying "could not activate license at server. Unable to connect to remote server"
I have spent hours looking through previous post and all your FAQ and tried everything suggested to do with activation and registration at http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=159. disabling firewall and antivirus. etc... with no success.
I saw another person who had posted a problem the same as mine and you seemed to think his license needed resetting.
any suggestions??
