Problems I'm Experiencing

I have upgraded to version 1.08.03 recently, but i was experiencing these problems before, so I'm sure its just settings that I need to change.

The first problem is that my cash game graph doesnt seem to be updating itself. I don't really play them much but I have played a some hands on them this month. Yet when I change the filter to view this months graph, its just blank.

And the second problem is that I don't seem to collect stats on people when I am not sitting at the table. A friend of mine can open up any table, whether he is sitting at it or not, and the HUD will work. Just wondering why I can't do this. I noticed there is an option in the "HUD Options" tab that reads "Disable HUD stats when there is no Hero" however I don't have this checked so I'm not sure whats wrong.

What site does observed hands not work on

UAC is disabled, and the site I use is Full Tilt.

The HUD only works when I am sitting at the table.

Under where it says Table Preferences, it says:

Pre-fetching: This must be selected if you want to be able to see stats while observing. Please note this is not possible on all sites just a couple including Full Tilt, Poker Stars & Ultimate Bet.

I do not have this option under Table Preferences. It says I have version 1.08.03 so shouldn't I have that option?

That FAQ is a bit out of date so ive now updated it but since then Full Tilt have a strict no mining policy so it cannot be discussed here.
