When you double-click the recent hands item in the HUD, and get the hand viewer window, it should be possible to move between hands with mouse wheel instead of opening the dropdown list and selecting hands from there. Mouse wheel should do this only when the mouse cursor is above the hand viewer window
Clicking ESC should close the player's note window.
Clicking ESC should close the hand viewer window.
Note icons for players who don't have any notes yet and for players who do look too similar. When multi-tabling, it's too hard to see quickly who actually has notes and who doesn't. HM1 HUD handled this one pretty good.
In HUD options, in addition to "Click for popup" checkbox, there could be "Click notes for popup" checkbox, so it would be then possible to have to click stats to get popup, but hover over note icon to get the notes to popup.
In the HUD options, there is this option: Manual Z-Order - With this enabled, if a crash occurs, Holdem Manager will not freeze poker applications. Why is this even an option? Or is there any downside for selecting it?

My concern with the first 3 is that a lot of sites steal focus and you can really get in trouble here and end up closing tables with the nuts, or get a bet in when you were tryin to scroll through. I have passed along your suggestions about incorporating some shortcuts with mouse and keyboard, but it's a major concern with the steal focus.

manual order is optional - we had some issues with a freeze early on that that was implemented for.

The note icons is being worked on.

For the popups - if you hover over the note icon, you get the notes to popup. If you hover over a stat, you get the popup assigned to that stat. We offer the ability to assign a large # of custom popups. Additionally, if you click the popup, you get the main popup - which is fully customizable and if you click a specific stat that exists in a popup in the main popup, it opens to that tab.
