Players tab not working when report is ran + Weird graphic issue

I just installed a clean version of HEM from scratch, I imported old hands and go to run a report on the players tab without any filters at all and with all stakes selected and it only shows a very limited result even though I can go on the reports tab and pull up a bunch of my other names that aren't showing up on list. Also on the report tab for some reason I get this after a fresh install?:

also, when i start typing in the name on the reports tab for a player, the # of hands it shows me as having in the database doesn't match what ends up showing during the report when I run it...?

This is caused by your DPI settings.
HoldemManager can't rescale when it's set to 125%.

So set the Windows Display DPI settings to 100%.

what about the other (more important) problem? hands on my results tab not matching my graph tab even though neither one of them have a single filter?

just to clarify, in the left screen shot its all hands with no filter, on the right screen shot its all hands between 2006 to 2011 which is all my play on that name since i didnt even start until like 2008 or so

How many IPK hands have you played?
8577 or 95218
Reimport the hands into a new database, and check how many hands are imported.
