PostgreSQL problem

I just bought hold em manager and have a problem

When I download the postgreSQL file I get a message that says:
could not be saved cause an unknown error occured, please try to save to another location

is that the exact error?
Are you downloading from this location: http://wwwmaster.postgresql.org/download/mirrors-ftp?file=%2Fbinary%2Fv8.3.3%2Fwin32%2Fpostgresql-8.3.3-1.zip

Maybe your putting it somewhere Vista dosent like, have you tried a different location to save it to?
