HEM freezes every hour at 10 minutes to the hour.
This freeze lasts about 3-4 minutes.

Some data processing must be happening because
the computer makes a lot of noise. Task Manager
(when I can get it open) shows maximum CPU usage.

This only occurs when I am playing poker with HEM
in use.

It is especially annoying because I cannot access the
poker games I am entered in and get timed out...oftentimes
with decent hands. Actually I cannot access any open
windows. All is frozen.

Please know for earlier attempts to fix this problem
I cannot access the configuration files some guy
needs because I I'm refused access. HEM is using the file
and If I close HEM the data is lost.

So, can anything be done about this? I have the
most recent update of HEM 108.3

When you look in the task manager what processes are the using the most memory when it happens, if its happening at the same time it sounds more like its something on your system that runs every hour, an AHK Script or antivirus possibly?

I don't have any script and the antivirus is not the problem.
I didn't get chance to check while playing in poker room, but task manager
shows "System Idle Process" using 98-99 % of CPU at 10 minutes to the hour.

This may be the problem. Don't think I can shut that off because
its a system function.

Will try later when I'm actively playing on-line to see what other
process are running because when I am not playing poker
on-line and this 3 minute activity occurs the computer does not freeze.

It may be too much for CPU when HEM and the
System Idle Process are running together, and this may cause the freeze:
ADM Processor
1.00 GHZ
488 MB RAM (this could be the problem right here)
