The software won't even open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't open.

Help?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

I have no idea to be honest.

It just won't load at all, it starts and then says 'not responding' and freezes. Do you know where I could get the program fixed by someone directly?

Hi,
I have the same problem, since the crash due to the windows 7 update.
I tried everything:
-updating the program with final version to fix the problem
- uninstalling and reinstalling hem, installing the fixed version
- uninstalling manually the windows updates incriminated
After all these attempts I have always the same screenshoot, with hem that try to open and after some minute become "not responding". It actually crash the pc!
Please help me in fix this one, because I'm playing without HEM since 2 weeks....
Some info:
System: Windows 7
Firewall: Windows firewall
Antivirus: AVG free edition

If you used 1.11.6g (or older) before and recently updated to 1.11.07a a database update will be performed.
If it states it's "not responding" just wait for it to unfreeze. This can take a long time if you have a large database.

If HoldemManager will crash completely.

Run a Windows Update and install ALL updates.
Run dbcontrolpanel.exe from the HoldemManager folder and create a NEW database.
