trying to Reinstall HM ( im lost)

Hello,

Im used it for two months until cristhmas , after that i didnt open for a while because i play tourneys and no cash.

A month ago or before i try to login but gave me an error, and I gave up.

Now i,d like to fix it. I tried to uninstall componets in order to install it again. But probably i haven,t done it properly.

So i dont mind to lost hands before but im fully interested to use it again.

So if u can help me and give me steps to uninstall and install again please.

My level of english is not too high, as same as informatic knowledge.

Ah, I have Windows Vista.

Can you follow these instructions:

Make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73


1) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
2) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
3) Reboot your computer
4) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
5) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
6) Test if it for a while and see if it work

I did it and HM runs , write licence serial number.

But when i try to connect it says:

" a connection to postgre SQL coluld not be made..."

I tried to uninstall, also modify SQL but with no success.

Any idea?

Now,

it let me reinstall SQL,

I did it folowing the guide, and i think i did it properly.

But i try to start HM and connect and the same message as in the post before:

" a connection to postgre SQL coluld not be made..."

It seems to run with the first step.

But now the HUD doesnt appear.


I select the database i had before.

Im doing it but i thib¡nk i mix a lot of thigs , diferent folders etc...

Its it posiible to run 2 or more diferent softwares with HM at the same time?

is there any special subtopic for tourney users?

One of the problems is/was

that i missed all current import folders , and i configurate it again but i think new pstars hands are in a new diferent foder than months ago.
