Will try and dig out a screen shot, but its on all skins

The config/setting bar is at the top and bottom of each table, the bottom one being twice as big as the top one.

Plus whatever the latest version is...

I got this only when used Table finder on Microgaming SNG (written bug).
Try clean install (with roaming folder delete - except Database folder there)

Thats very strange, can you try backing up and deleting your prefs file in the app data/holdemmanager/config folder and restarting HM2 and see if the problem persists, if it does try this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2AutoUpdate34.exe and post the screenshot

Do you mean delete all, excluding the Database folder?

No just 1 file, backup and delete the prefs.xml file in there, if youve extensions turned off in windows it will just be called prefs, when you restart HM2 it should create the default one
