View Full Version : Incomplete hands issue

I subscribed to HH dealer the other day and have so far received around 50k hands for the last 3 days. However, when importing these hands around 25% are reported as 'Incomplete Hands'. For example, with today's hands 54,529 were imported, 163 were Duplicates, 24 had Import Errors and 13,429 were Incomplete! I've emailed HH Dealer about this but have not yet had a response.

Any advice would be most welcome.

HHdealer hands from which pokersite?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

And try reimporting them into a new database.

Go to HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder to see which hands actually result in incomplete hands.

Sorry, completely forgot to mention they were all iPoker hands. I'll do what you suggested later today.

I've done everything you said with no success. I've located the logs but i dont know what to do with them? None of the code really makes any sense to me.

Create a new database for a test and import the hands into this database - same result?

Yep, same result on original database and new.

Email us the smallest logfile(s) with handhistories resulting in errors or incomplete hands.
