Hi,
in the FAQs it refers to a problem where the Postgresql Service stops which prevents hands from importing (control panel -> admin tools -> Services).
My problem is that I start it, but it keeps stopping again while I am trying to import which is ruining my hand imports. When this happens I need to close HEM, restart the postgre service, then open HEM and start the import again from the beginnng.
How can I keep the postgreSQL service constantly running, instead of dropping out repeatedly? Is this a problem with the installation or just an option that I need to set?
I'm using windows XP
