My winnings in HM2 are not correctly converted from $ to €. $ 237 is being converted to € 16,638 (!!)

I think it has something to do with the conversion rate which is set at 0,70 (I can't manually change this). It has to be 0.70 ( so a . not a ,).

Apart from that.. is there any way to change the way HM handles the . and the , in the amounts? We use them exactly the other way around compared to the way HM does (I think most European countries do). So, 16.638,45 instead of 16,638.45

Usually with weird issues like this it is the regional settings that cause the problem, can you post screenshots of your regional settings of all the TABs

XP

VISTA
http://tlt.its.psu.edu/suggestions/international/keyboards/winkeyvista.html]Windows Keyboards (Vista)

WINDOWS 7
Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Languages and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

Thanks

That's what I thought too at first, but I don't have this problem in HEM1. When I get the rates in HEM1 it gets the rates with a dot and everything works fine. If I click the "get current rates" button in HEM2 they are seperated by a comma and this is where it goes wrong. There is no way to manually change this (it is set back to a , again after I changed the rates with a . ).

Apart from that, I can't find the regional settings in WIN7. It's not located in the "Date and Clock" in the Control Panel.

Anyway, thanks for your help.

Ok, well if you can post the screenshots of the regional TAB i mentioned it will help get this fixed, do you not have a regional settings in control panel like the attached screenshot?

Thanks, found the Regional settings in the Control Panel. Here I can see that WIN7 uses the following notation : 123.456.789,00

So, it's possible to go change this (to 123,456,789.00) , but I'm afraid this will mess up a lot of things outside HEM. And like mentioned before, in HEM1 it wasn't a problem. That's the strangest part for me.1872118731

What is your culture setting in 2.0?

I've set the culture to "Dutch". Didn't change anything though. This option was blank btw before I changed it.

This is a screen of my Currency Exchange rate.. $/€ is set to 69,0

So, it multiplies the $ by 69 (!!). It should be 0,69, but it won't let me change this manually.

I have the same problem with €. Should be 0,73 and not 73, since this way 1$=73€!!!

Make sure that your windows region setting matches your HM2 culture setting in settings.

Try in a new DB, if it still persists, email some of the original HH's, zipped - to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with screenshots and a link to this thread.

I have the same problem, is there already a solution?
Windows timezone is set to German, HEM 2 culture was empty, now I set it to German, too, but this didn't help. Neither did creating a new database and activating it.

Please send some of the hands, zipped, the holdemmanager.cfg file and a link to this thread to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Okay, for others with the same problem, I have found the following workaround: In the HoldemManager.config, I changed the EuroExchange value from "0.72" to "0,72" and the program worked correctly.
