Reports refresh shortcut

It would be good if we could say hit F5 to refresh reports while using line analysis rather than have to move the mouse each time to the refresh button, especially as if you resize the window, sometimes the refresh button disappears.

It would be a step up in usability if it was possible to drag and drop stats in "Select Report Statistics" dialog's "Included Statistics" list box, and in the HUD options dialog instead of having to click the up and down arrow buttons with mouse.

Being able to use keyboard (ctrl+up/down maybe) or mouse wheel (with ctrl down maybe) would also be a big help.

When the mouse cursor is above the replayer, scrolling the wheel up should advance to the next action, and scrolling the wheel down should go to the previous action.
