auto import for ladbrokes (microgaming) works fine.
however, for some reason in a session i just played one hand didn't get logged in HEM. i copied the history out of the ladbrokes client software into a txt file and tried to import that one hand; but HEM doesnt' seem to read it.
(this always worked for FTP and Stars).

how can i manually import a hand for this site?

C:\Microgaming\Poker\LadbrokesMPP
tis is where the HH is saved.
looks like it's all in GameHistory.dat so i can't really edit this.

please advice
thanks

The Microgaming uses an entirely different handhistory formatting if you copy the hand from the client's software.
HoldemManager can't import that format.

thanks for the quick reply
so to sum up, there's no way for me to get this hand in my DB then?
not sure why HEM didn't track it... but really unfortunate i can't get it into my HEM DB

Can you email us the handhistory from the client to support@holdemmanager.com

hi

i'm planning to install and play microgaming on a seperate machine (my work laptop) that doesn't have HEM installed.

will i later be able to import those hands into HEM at all?
if yes, how do i do it?

Copy the handhistory file (i think its gamehistory.dat) from PC1 to PC2 and import it via import file
