This is a problem I've had for some time now. In videos I watch with people with pt3, immediately after the hand is over the mucked holecards are shown along with how much each person won or lost. In HEM sometimes it seems I have to wait 20-30 seconds to see the cards come up.

I'm using the newest t beta and I've vacuumed by database twice.

On which site are you experiencing this? Can you give me some details about your computer? (Processor, RAM, etc.)

Can you try disabling your firewall and antivirus, some times they scan every file and that can cause delays to processing the HH, let us know if it improves when you do this.

Also when you play a hand and its finished how long before it shows up in HM if you refresh it just searching for today?

The hands show up in hem when I refresh it pretty much right after it imports the hands and processes them every 15 secs.

I disabled nod32 and I thought the holecards were coming up fast again, but I notice that as I get deeper into my session the cards take longer and longer to come up I think. I'm just 4 tabling today, but I usually 9 table so maybe the effect was more pronounced before when I noticed it while 9 tabling.

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder

Open your holdemmanager.config file and change the following line
<setting name="AutoImportTimerDuration">15</setting>
to

<setting name="AutoImportTimerDuration">5</setting>
Looks like it was edited as the default is 5

Youll need to do this while HM is closed down and then restart it.

Cool thanks morny that's gotta be it. I think I know how it got changed. A really long time ago mike asked some people to try changing the import to 15 secs to see if it would help with the hud lag.
