Hi,

I was wondering if there were any limitations to the Trial period in terms of functionality.

I find that player stats reset at each new table (showing only data gathered from that table) - including my own.

I am playing Poker Stars sit n go tourneys.

When I view the hands in the Hand Replayer, the HUD shows all gathered data, including my own from other tables and tournamnets.

Do I have it misconfigured, or is this a limitation of the trial version?

Thanks.

The only limitation is time, with the stats resetting maybe you have an older version so try updating http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe and also make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 and finally check your additional hud filters http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=131

Thanks for the reply.

Here's my HUD filter settings (screenshot).

They seem ok to me, but I could be wrong...

I am using HEM version 1.08 and Windows XP.

Thanks again for the help.

Yeah, looks fine

Any other possibilities then?

Also, under the players tab, when I select tourneys and all other appropriate options, hitting 'Run Report' generates a list of 0 players.

The players tab says "Players (606)"

In the players TAB there are lots of filters on the left, are these all set correctly, maybe post a screenshot of them if your unsure

I had 'min hands' set to 1000. My mistake.

Thanks :0)

My housemate just installed HEM, and is experiencing the same thing with stats resetting on each table.

---EDIT---

If it helps, another person seems to have experienced the same thing recently, here:
http://forum.parttimepoker.com/showthread.php?p=5738678

Later in that thread, somebody seems to suggest that this is the intended behavior.
Is that correct?

Is there a Windows XP equivalent to disabling the AUC?

I'm desperate to get this program working! (so is my friend)

Thanks

The stats reset on each table for you but not for the villains, is this whats happening?

Ok! Last night I came across a player who I had many hands on, and their HUD displayed them. So, yes, the stats reset on each table for me but not for the villains.

I understand that this is the intended behavior.

I was confused because I was not seing villains with past hands (because I had insufficient data for that to be probable), and my stats were resetting.

Thanks again.

Can the resetting of my stats be overridden?
I know that they reset for a good reason - I would just like to keep experimenting.

No you cant reset them but you can check them at anytime in the reports section of HM to remind yourself of your overall stats, once youve a decent sample your stats will change very little during a session maybe by 1-2max so youll soon become very familiar with your overall stats if your not already
