Question about Aliases

I combined 2 players (Full Tilt and Poker Stars) under one alias...Lyn.

I am able to get stats for Full Tilt and Poker Stars separately.

I thought when you selected "change" player to "Lyn," which combines both,
you would get stats for both poker sites. This is not happening. HEM
only shows stats for Poker Stars.

What am I doing wrong or what don't I understand.

Youll have 3 players in your database

Lyn(alias)
Lyn(ps)
lyn(ftp)

If you select the 1st youll get both if you select lyn(ps) youll get pokerstars and if you select lyn(ftp) youll get your full tilt results

I only have 2 players in database.

Alias is set up as follows.

Lyn = Alias
Poker Stars = StrkingEagle
Full Tilt = StrikingEagle

These are my only two sign-on names at the Poker Sites.
"Lyn" is the name assigned to combine both poker names.

I cannot access both PokerStars and Full Tilt when I select "Lyn"

this is my problem. Any solutions?

The whole idea of an alias is so you can see the stats combined and not seperate?

So if you want to see the stats combined then load Lyn(alias)

If you want to see the full tilt stats seperate load strikingeagle(ftp)
If you want to see your stars settings seperate then load strikingeagle(ps)

Monry, that is the problem. when I load Lyn (alias), i only get stats for poker stars and not combined stats.

ah i see now, if you go to Options > Aliases and select Lyn in the top pane, how many usernames appear in the bottom pane

Lyn is the only alias defined.

When I select "Lyn" 2 names appear in the lower box:

StrkingEalgle (PS)
and
StrikingEagle, 20 FTP (FT)

that's it, there is nothing more in the lower box.

forget it morney, I figured it out.
Each name has 2 choices please see photo below.
When I add BOTH choices for each name then all the results are present.
I don't know how two choices for each sign-on name happened, but
at least now I have a combined database.
