Upgrade small stakes version to profesional version

I downloaded 1.11.07a version but now its not my profesional version: its the small stakes version. What should I do?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)


Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file


Then enter your PRO serial..

Thank you for your fast answer. But now I think I didn´t explain my problem very well: about 3 years ago I bought Small Stakes Version, so my Serial is for that version; some months later, I bought the Upgrade to Profesional Version, but I don´t have a serial key for this version, I only have an upgrade file which was working ok during all theese years. After formatting my hard disk, now, I´ve installed the Small Stakes Version, but when I clic on this file (upgrade file), an error window appears:

"Please use the main MSI file to install PostgreSQL"

I think this means that I´ve installed very bad my HM (sincerely, I don´t remember the right steps to install it). So, first of all, I think I need the pdf file with the steps to install the old HM version and the SQL data base (the new one is very easy to install with the tutorial video).

Which PostgreSQL version did you use on your old database? 8.3 or 8.4?
If you want to connect to the old database, install the same version of PostgreSQL.

Ok. I´ve installed SQL 8.3. My old smalls stakes HM version works correctly. Now the problem is how to upgrade HM small stakes into HM pro version. When I bought HM pro upgrade, you gave me a file named "
co109w.col109.mail.l....mdi", but windows XP cannot recognize it, so I cannot open it. What should I do?

I always had windows xp, so I don´t konw what is happening.
