HUD options: Live HUD editor

The Live HUD editor is very nice but please add 0's for the %s that have to be shown to get a good look of the HUD. Here is an example of the LIVE Editor and the real HUD on the table.

As you can see, the HUD is incomplete and missing a lot of stats to get a good luck of the HUD.
If the empty spaces would be replaced with random numers or just 0's and 0.0 of you want decimals added, you get a very nice look in the preview.

HUD Options: Please add the ability to move the hud stats outside the tables (overhang in HM1).

I play on Microgaming with miniview tables and its impossible to use HM2 HUD right now.
