HUD: OnGame tables popup w/ betpot

Im very glad from HM but can't use it w/o fix that bug, to work fine with betpot by monk

Its an issue we havent been able to solve, its caused by the Ongame software and also happens on PT but the only solve we have is force on top although we understand that this has a side-effect for people who stack tables

I dont have an ETA since we cant figure out the problem, it seems to be on Ongame's end though since it happens with PT and HM
