Some SNG's not importing from Stars

I've won a 45 mans yesterday, but it didn't came up in my results. Also when i manualy import the file, it doesn't come up on the results. I've check the tourney file and all the data in it is correct. Can someone help me ?

I can see my hand is the hands overview, but not in the results page, and yes my filters are oke ....

Did you import the summary?
For older tourneys you have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+

Then import them manually to HM.

For new tourneys:
Stars now supports the writing of summaries directly to your computer: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup

Which HM Version are you using?

I've played it yesterday, and why I try to import it, it show Found 0 files to process.
And my tournament summarys are already being imported.

Move the handhistory to a different folder. Then import the hands again.

if they all import as duplicate hands: set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy), clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected) with regional settings English (United States)
