Hi.
I haven't been able to import any hands. I'm running version 1.08.01 on Windows 2000. I have reinstalled HEM and Postgresql.
SQLErrors.txt
>>The Error: ERROR: 42704: index "compiledresults_month_idx1" does not exist
>>Occurred when running ExecuteNonQuery with this query: DROP INDEX compiledresults_month_idx1
A history file is attached as an example.

Your database is corrupt, can you try repairing the indexes and see if that works http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=168 if not then Please export your hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 then create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands into the new database

It is a new database. I did a fresh install. I tried repairing the indexes and creating a new database before posting the first message.

Could someone please try if you can import the hands I have attached in the first post without errors. I would also like to know if anyone on Windows 2000 can import them without errors.

I have exact same thing happening. I even built new DB and tried to import and all hands fail with import errors.
I play some on my Mac and take the text files and import into Holdem Manager. This had worked until May 1.

Are you using Windows 2k, if your using Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 and if the problem persists email me some hands and also link to this thread morny@holdemmanager.net

That did not fix things for me. I am using Vista though.

Update. Version 1.08.03 did not fix this issue. I would still like to hear if support or other users are able to import the hands I posted in the first post.

I had this same issue but only when auto importing while running HEM in VirtualBox and Postgresql in Ubuntu. Importing from folder worked the whole time with my archived hands. I updated to the newest beta of HEM and it started working for the auto imported hands too.

Just started using the trial and am getting the same issue. I played a tourney using pokerstars and it worked fine, then started playing a cash game and am just getting errors - no hands are being imported. I tried starting a new database but the errors continue. I have the latest version of HEM.

1) Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe.
2) If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.
3) If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
4) Post the answers in a new thread
