Errors importing hands

HI there,
i wonder if you can help me with some issue i'm having with importing hands to HM after a windows XP update. I play on UNIBET. After the update HM started importing hands as errors and i'm unable to see those hands on my database. Also, there is no hud anymore. :(
I've read all the FAQ's but i can't find the solution. What can i do???
