Hello folks!

After the Win7 update errors, I downloaded the HM 1.11.07a

After that, I started getting tons of import errors, as you can see below

http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/6868/capture3vu.png

My archive is disabled, but I still have the files (hands)

What should I do?

Thanks a lot!!!

Hands played on which site are you importing?
Cash game hands?

Check the HoldemManager/Importing/Logs folder which hands are importing as errors.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)
with regional settings English (United States)

Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

Then try reimporting the original handhistory files into a new database.

It really sucks to have to use the M/d/yyyy and English (United States) regional settings because it mess with the Microsoft Excel and other softwares.

I'm using PostgreSQL 9.0

I'm not going to reimport into a new database, because it will take a lot of time.

Can you please explain me why some hands are successful imported and other (the majority of them) not?

It does not make sense to me... or ALL hands have to be imported, or none of them...

And there is another thing:

Let's say that I tried to import hand number #123 but there was an error.

Then I made the changes that you have asked me.

Now I try to reimport the hand #123

It will say that that hand is duplicate, won't it?

Because I have just did it and now I get tons of duplicate hands!

And I'm still getting tooons of import errors also!!!

Thanks!!!

Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)
with regional settings English (United States)

REBOOT your computer.

Create a NEW empty database. And reimport just a sample of the hands. To see if you still get import errors.
If you then still get errors, go to the HoldemManager/Importings/Logs folder and email us some of the hands that result in import errors.

Ok, I did what you said and there is no more import errors.

So now, what should I do to successful import the hands "with errors" into my currently database?

Thanks a lot!!!

Into the new database, reimport your archive folder, run a import from folder on C:/HMArchive.

As I said, I do not archive files, so I do not have the folder C:/HMArchive

Is there any other option to reimport the error hads WITHOUT having to reimport all lifetime hands? It will be very nice if so.

Otherwise, there is no way to start a new database from the beggining, I have tons of hands successful imported.

If you don't archive them, they're still in the PokerStars import folder.

You can also email PokerStars, and request the handhistories for every hand you've ever played.

Reimport of ALL hands into a new database is the best solution.
