PostgreSQL connection problem. Conflict with VPN service.

Hi! Yesterday I have experienced the problem on starting Holdem Manager. There appears a window that says: "The following error occurred trying open the database: Unable to read data from the transport connection."

I have read the FAQs and solved the problem by uninstalling the VPN Service (HideMyAss software). Holdem Manager started and I reinstalled HMA Software. Unfortunately the error reoccurs. As you can imagine I do not want to reinstall HMA Software every time I use Holdem Manager...

Is there any solution? Can I configure connections somehow?

You should contact the supplier of the VPN software. You need to configure some kind of exception for the postgresql database service
