Cannot uninstall 1.11.07.a

Reasons for uninstall:

* 6-12 months ago my replayer stopped popping up altogether.

* A few days ago SnG Wiz started playing up. When I click on a players chip stack or push/fold % it jumps back to the main screen. It doesn't do it all the time, but if it doesn't work for someone, it doesn't change its mind.

Trying to uninstall:

* Does not appear on Revo.
* Revo Hunter mode simply uninstalled AHK. I let it for sh*ts & giggles.
* Does not appear on Vista add/remove programs

Edit: It didn't show on CCleaner either, but I think you get the picture

If it doesn't show up in windows add/remove you will need to run the full installer again. You may want to do Step 1 of the Revo uninstall process below first, to make a backup copy of any custom HUDs in the \Config folder.

Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.


Now you should be able to revo uninstall it:

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer

Because of the SNGWiz issues you mention, also do the following steps:

Delete this folder:

"C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\In The Money"

where UserName is your Windows login name.

5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

I have a folder called In_The_Money_LLC too, can you confirm that is the standard SnG Wiz?

I will be deleting the other one per your instructions.

Edit: I made a copy of In The Money just in case, and having done everything on the list it's working perfectly.

I dont have the stand alone sngw installed but that is a likely guess. If you have any other problems or would like me to get an answer about the _LLC folder from the SNGW developer just let me know.

OK this just started playing up again today. I've used Wiz for around 50-100 hands per day since I updated/re-installed.

I forgot to mention last time that I play the $7 9man hypers on PS. I'll edit in a offending hand history in a minute, and one that works totally fine as soon as I've clicked everything on one.

Edit 1:

Clicking Call% for 1Timo6:10 takes me to the "What do you want to do now?" screen of Wiz.

Clicking his cards after first clicking mantukk's cards made it crash. I didn't get to try clicking his cards from my seat.
